Summary Lesson In this session we will summarize the key points from the previous sessions. So far, we have learned how we can benefit from a deeper understanding of sound and frequency in order to: Quiet the mind and release stress, Encourage Alpha and Theta brainwaves and right brain activity as well as stimulate the vagus nerve and pineal gland and calibrate the body and mind for deep relaxation. We will also look at some ways that we can incorporate these ideas into our everyday meditation and stress release practices.
