Dr. Saifedean Ammous - The Bitcoin pattern

Dr. Saifedean Ammous is the author of The Bitcoin Standard, the best-selling book on bitcoin, translated into thirty languages. He is also the author of The Fiat Standard, and of Principles of Economy. He teaches courses on bitcoin and economics on his online learning platform, saifedean.com. He hosts The Bitcoin Standard Podcast in which he discusses topics like Bitcoin and economics.Saifedean Ammous is Assistant Professor of Economics at the Lebanese American University. He has a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development from Columbia University. Ammous's research interests include energy and environmental economics, as well as monetary economics and political economy. He conducts research on the economic roots of the recent popular revolutions in the Arab world. Dr. Ammous has a Master's degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
